World Environment Day Celebration

World Environment Day Celebration

Prudence School celebrated World Environment Day on June 5, 2025, with great enthusiasm and active participation from students of all grades. The celebration aimed to spread awareness about the importance of protecting our environment and nurturing a greener future.

The day commenced with a special morning assembly, which included:
A dance performance by students, portraying the importance of saving Mother Earth. A group song highlighting environmental conservation and harmony with nature.

A collective pledge taken by all students and staff to reduce waste, save water, and protect natural resources.

Adding to the spirit of the day:
Montessori students participated joyfully by planting saplings in the school garden. This hands- on activity helped instill a love for nature from a young age.
Students of Grades 1 to 5 went on a Nature Walk around the campus, observing trees, plants, birds, and learning about different aspects of biodiversity
Teachers guided discussions on sustainable practices and motivated students to make eco- friendly choices in daily life.
The celebration was a beautiful reminder that small actions, when taken together, can lead to a big difference in creating a healthier planet.
