An inspirational career guidance session was organised for the students of Prudence P.U. College and Prudence School. The session was led by Mr. Vinay Patil, Founder of Skill fix, Leadership Trainer and International Motivational Speaker.
Mr. Vinay Patil motivated students to set clear goals, believe in themselves and work consistently towards their dreams. He highlighted the importance of hard work, discipline, patience, continuous practice, self-confidence and positive thinking.
He also encouraged students not to compare themselves with others, but to understand their own strengths and work towards becoming the best version of themselves.
Defence as a Career
An important part of the session focused on career opportunities in the Military and Defence sector. Students learnt that
defence offers many career options apart from becoming a soldier.
Opportunities include:
- Indian Army, Navy and Air Force
- Engineering, technical and medical services
- Aviation and defence technology
- DRDO and scientific research
- Cybersecurity, AI, robotics and drones
- Nursing, healthcare, finance, logistics and administration
- Careers in CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB and other security forces
Mr. Vinay Patil encouraged students to choose careers according to their interests, strengths and abilities.
The session inspired students to dream big, choose the right career and work with discipline and determination.
His simple and powerful message was:
“Believe in yourself. Set a goal. Dream about it. Work hard and continuously until you achieve it.”
