Classroom management and Developing 21st Century skills

The Capacity Building Classroom Management Workshop for Teachers was a comprehensive training programme designed to enhance the classroom management skills of educators. The workshop aimed to equip teachers with effective strategies and techniques to create an optimal learning environment, foster student engagement, and promote positive behaviour in the classroom.

The Capacity Building Classroom Management Workshop was organised on 22nd May 2023, facilitated by Mrs. Veena, a teacher educator from NGO, provided teachers with valuable insights and practical skills to enhance their classroom management abilities. The programme focused on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment and managing student behaviour effectively contributed to the professional growth of the participating teachers.

Empowering Assessment and Evaluation Processes (24-05-2023)

Ethical Leadership and Integrity Training (25-05-2023)

The two days training programme, focused on (Day- 1) Strengthening Assessment and Evaluation, (Day – 2) Ethics and Integrity was scheduled on the successive days of 24th and 25th May 2023. Mrs. Vanitha Changappa, a senior resource person from COE Bengaluru engaged teachers.

The students of class 9 and 10 were also guided through her motivational talk to provide them timely guidance and support across their school years.

The training programme provided cues about the nuances of assessment pattern and was aimed to enhance teachers' understanding and skills in assessment and evaluation practices, enabling them to make informed decisions, improve instructional strategies, and support student learning outcomes.
